Students will learn how to transform traditional windowpanes into mixed media works of art as they create a “sea glass” window by combining off-the-beach sea glass onto intact-glass. Students are expected to bring their window, and their own glass finds from the beach and mix with instructor’s collection. A field trip to Stanford White’s famous Tilton House (2 blocks from Art Museum) to view his glass bottle windows will be an inspirational highlight.
